Preemptive Love is a global community of peacemakers working to end war and stop the spread of violence. We do this by living and working in polarizing conflict zones, providing emergency relief to families persecuted by terrorism and violence, jobs for displaced families and community building.

Job Title: Content Manager
Hours: Full time
Location: Remote (global)
Reports to: Director of Communications and PR
About the Role
The Content Manager ensures the quality and consistency of every piece of content. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a strong instinct for the hook in every story, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and a vision to elevate our content. You will supervise a small, nimble team of writers and video producers. You’re comfortable giving strategic direction but flexible enough to dive into content creation when needed.
The content manager oversees production of both written and visual content—editing articles and reports for clarity and accuracy, and giving direction and feedback on videos. You’ll work closely with the Director of Communications and PR and the Editor-in-Chief to plan all editorial content for the organization.
This role is critical to ensuring our content meets the highest standards of excellence and cultivating a sense of community with our online followers, all with the goal of continuing to grow our reach, traffic, and engagement across all platforms.
